Mrs. Bushra Itani Issa – Chairwoman
Mrs. Itani is the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Issa Holding. Mrs. Itani co-founded Issa Holding in 2007 in Beirut, together with her husband Mr. Ahmad Issa and has been involved in the management and development of the group ever since.
Mrs. Itani, has accumulated over 30 years of experience in the ICT field, specifically in the business development domain where she helped the companies in ISSA Holding group to grow their business.
She has also played an active role in Social and Municipal affairs in Beirut, where she was an elected Member of the Council of Order of Engineers and Architects of Beirut from 2003 to 2006 and Member of the Beirut Municipal Council in 2010. She continues to play an active role in the community towards charitable and social initiatives aimed towards bettering and increasing cohesion in her country. Mrs. Itani holds a BE degree from ESIB in Computer Engineering and a Master of Science in Process Automation and Control from the Imperial College of London.
Mr. Ahmad Issa – Board member
Mr. Ahmad Issa established ISSA Holding in 2007 in order to manage more than 25 subsidiaries across the region, that he has helped to start and develop, all of which mainly operate in the field of ICT, Telecom and Electromechanical Contracting.
With over 1500 people currently employed in its businesses, coupled with successful Real Estate and Financial Investments, Issa Holding was recognized by Forbes magazine in 2015 as the 81st most influential privately-owned company in the Middle East. Mr. Issa holds a BE from ESIB University in Computer Engineering and an EMBA from the American University of Beirut.
Ms. Lama Issa – Board member
Mrs. Issa is a member of the Issa Holding’s Board of Directors, deeply involved in the development of the company through her contribution in the restructuring of the HR function and recruiting of experienced and talented professionals in the Group.
Mrs. Issa began her career with ICC and continues to be involved in the overall HR management of the group while at the same time leading the development of a Corporate Governance framework for ICC Group. Her passion for social work and environmental responsibility has led her to start developing Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives for Issa Holding. Mrs. Issa holds a Bachelor degree in Medical Social Work from the Lebanese University and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from AUB.
Mrs. Rawan Issa – Board member
Mrs. Issa joined the family business 15 years ago as a Sales Executive and has grown in her role to become a Board Member of ISSA HOLDING, specifically chairing the Finance Function, Business Development and Investments.
She also serves on the board of several of IH’s subsidiaries and on the Executive and Operations Committee of IH’s KSA Business, currently leading their Digital Transformation Initiatives. Mrs. Issa holds a BE from the American University of Beirut in Computer & Communication Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Business Management from HEC Paris.
Mr. Ali Issa – Board member
Mr. Ali Issa is a member of Issa Holding’s board since the establishment of the organization. He holds a BS degree in Business & Entrepreneurship from the American University of Beirut and started off his career with Issa Holding’s subsidiaries in Saudi Arabia. Mr. Issa was an athlete from a young age where he excelled in basketball & snowboarding.
He later became Lebanon’s snowboarding champion from the years 2013-2016. His passion for sports and nature moved him away from the corporate world to a simpler way of life. Mr. Issa established a Yoga center in Portugal, he manages the operation of the center & is a certified Thai physical therapist and Yoga instructor as well.
